Remote IT support is an alternative service designed to take advantage of computer technology to its maximum, by providing instant IT support.

We use existing software which is freely available to download and widely used. It's built into Windows XP and enables us to remote access your PC and solve problems instantly or whenever it's convienient for you.

How does it work?

Register for the service by calling us and we will setup your computer free of charge. Then you purchase 4 x 15 minutes incident credits for £25 (minimum). If for example you would like to setup a new printer all you need to do is call us and log the incident. Then an engineer will log on to your PC whilst you're on the phone and do the work. If the work required exceeds 15 minutes 2 incident credits will be deducted and so on.

Pricing

Minimum credit purchase is 4 incidents which has to be bought in advance before support commences.
