You will have unlimited telephone, email and remote support. We use a variety of remote monitoring and control software to fully cover our clients multiple platforms. On-site support will be charged based on response times customised to your business requirements.
Pay As you Go - Pay only for what you need
Exactly as it sounds, you will only be charged based on the hourly usage of our services.
Stay on top of developments and be proactive - prevent any problems before they occur. We offer the following options in combination with the above services:
Remote Monitoring
We provide monitoring services for your workstation(s) and most importantly for your server(s). We track perfomance and data degradation issues among other things and
with a remote support link to your site we can respond immediately and resolve - most support issues - within minutes.
Scheduled Visits
We will meet with you according to an agreed schedule (monthly, quarterly) to discuss and resolve any IT issues.
